Hussein is highly regarded for his passion for litigation and other forms of non-courtroom practices with particular expertise in banking and finance, business and property law, debt recovery and restructuring. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria and a Master of Art degree (MA) in International Business and Economics from the University of Furtwangen, Germany. Hussein was called to the Nigerian bar in 2010. With over a decade experience in active legal practice specializing in both courtroom and non-courtroom practices, Hussein has advised on various transactions and successfully represented top government agencies including the CBN in fiercely contested cases across the country.
