We have advised numerous clients on the Land Use Charge Law of Lagos State, Land Use Charge Law of Oyo State, and the Land Use Act, LFN 1990 applicable in the Federal Capital Territory. We have also advised on the preparation of joint venture agreements between landowners and property developers that have led to the development of affordable housing units in Lagos and Abuja. We currently represent clients in the payment of property tax in the United Kingdom and have successfully filed numerous appeals at the HM Revenue and Customs, UK on behalf of our clients.
